REFUNDS POLICY

All ColorVanta products are made to order. Please review our refund conditions carefully before purchasing.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

At ColorVanta, all products are made to order and custom-produced specifically for each customer.

Because of the personalized, on-demand nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, size choice, or preference changes.

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection regulations regarding custom-made goods.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a refund.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or error.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

In alignment with our commitment to minimizing environmental impact:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, we encourage you to donate it to a local charity or recycle it whenever possible, instead of returning it. This helps to reduce unnecessary shipping and supports local communities.
  • Because all our products are made on demand, and to help reduce waste and minimize our environmental footprint, we do not accept physical returns. Eligible cases are resolved through refunds, as described above.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • Ordering the wrong size, format, or product.
  • Minor color differences due to screen display variations.
  • Minor print alignment variations inherent to the production process.
  • Claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
