REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
At ColorVanta, we are committed to delivering unique, made-on-demand products with a focus on sustainability and customer satisfaction. Please read our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. MADE-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION
All ColorVanta products are custom-made specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of our production process, we kindly do not accept physical returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or preference changes.
This policy complies with EU regulations on customized goods produced on demand, which are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. It also aligns with U.S. consumer protection standards, where physical returns are not required for custom-made products, provided that defective or incorrect items are refunded or replaced.
2. REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The product arrives defective or damaged.
- The product received is incorrect compared to the order placed.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, customers must:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or mistake.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product, depending on your preference and stock availability.
3. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
In alignment with our commitment to minimizing environmental impact:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we encourage you to donate it to a local charity or recycle it whenever possible, instead of returning it. This helps to reduce unnecessary shipping and supports local communities.
- Because all our products are made on demand, and to help reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact, we kindly do not accept physical returns. Eligible cases are always refunded instead, as described in Section 2.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered in the following cases:
- Customer errors (for example, ordering the wrong product, size, or color when there is no defect).
- Minor differences in color, texture, or print alignment that occur naturally during the made-on-demand production process.
- Claims submitted after the 14-day period.
