At ColorVanta, we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable shipping experience.

1. SHIPPING REGIONS
- United States & Canada:
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from within North America, and are only delivered to US and Canadian addresses (including all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and all Canadian provinces and territories).
Regional fulfillment ensures fast delivery with no customs fees for US or Canadian customers. - European Union:
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the EU, and are only delivered to EU addresses. This guarantees quick delivery within the EU and avoids customs delays.
We do not ship between regions (for example: from the EU to USA/Canada, or from USA/Canada to the EU).
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
“Fulfillment” refers to the time required to produce and prepare your made-to-order Giclée Print Poster before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. DELIVERY TIME
- United States & Canada: 1–2 business days after fulfillment.
- European Union: 1–2 business days after fulfillment.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and other factors.
4. SHIPPING FEES
The price shown throughout the store is the final price — shipping is free, and there are no hidden fees.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
6. ISSUES WITH SHIPPING
ColorVanta is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist you with any shipping issues.
