ColorVanta offers made-on-demand products created specifically for each customer through our trusted production partners. Our custom-made products are crafted only when ordered, minimizing waste and reducing environmental impact.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You’re welcome to browse our site without creating an account. However, to place an order, we may ask you to create an account or provide some personal details. Please keep your account information secure — you’re responsible for any activity that takes place under your login.

4. ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT

  • All products are made to order specifically for each customer.
  • Orders are fulfilled through our production partners based either in the USA or the EU, depending on your shipping address.
  • US customers will only receive products shipped from US facilities.
  • EU customers will only receive products shipped from EU facilities.
  • Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation.
  • Order cancellation requests must be submitted immediately via email at support@colorvanta.com, but we cannot guarantee cancellation due to our immediate production process.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  • All prices shown already include applicable taxes. The final price you see is the amount you’ll pay, with no additional taxes added at checkout.
  • We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other region-specific payment options that will be displayed during checkout.
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.
  • Your payment information is not stored on our servers.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • US orders are shipped from the USA to US addresses only.
  • EU orders are shipped from the EU to EU addresses only.
  • We do not ship cross-region (from EU to USA or from USA to EU).

7. REFUNDS,
RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

  • All our products are custom-made to order, and as such, we kindly do not accept physical returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or preference changes.
  • We do, however, offer refunds or replacements in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To qualify for a refund or replacement, please submit your claim within 14 days of receiving your order, including clear photographic evidence of the issue.
