This composition explores the coastline as a graphic field rather than a literal place. Palm trees anchor the image to one side, acting as a visual counterweight to the open horizon and the expansive movement of sea and sky.

Color is used boldly but with control. Saturated tropical tones — warm and luminous near the horizon, cooler and calmer across the water — flow into one another in layered, painterly strokes. The surface feels dynamic and fluid, as if the image were still in motion, with traces of paint stretching, dissolving, and re-forming across the scene.

Rather than defining every element precisely, the composition relies on suggestion and rhythm. The shoreline curves gently, guiding the eye through the image, while the palm silhouettes introduce structure without dominating the space.
